  1. The protocol file was uploaded. This stage will be highlighted when the protocol resource/file is uploaded/found 

 Implemented 

 The study was implemented and data collection was completed 

  1. Raw data files and raw data dictionary files were uploaded. This stage will be highlighted when both raw data files and raw data dictionary files are uploaded 

 Analysed 

 Study documentation is analyzed and completed 

  1. The cleaned data dictionary and cleaned data file are uploaded 

  1. The risk assessment field is set by PI/SC (admin of the team/sub-org) 

 Published 

 The study is published on the MSF Data Sharing Platform 

  1. The risk level field is set by PI/SC(MSF Admin)/ SysAdmin 

 Disseminated 

 Study articles, presentations, and abstracts are disseminated and data sharing is possible  

  1. The field DOI link is filled by PI/SC 

 Impact 

 Study Policy changes and new guidance are completed 

  1. The impact field is filled by PI/SC
